All patients will have access to the secure patient portal. This portal will be used as the primary means of communication with Dr. Hoffman. You will have access to secure messaging, invoices and payments, paperwork, and telehealth services. The email address associated with your account must be accessible to the individual accessing telehealth appointments. All scheduled telehealth appointments will begin through this portal.
